The UM SONHS’ collaborative agreement with Universidade de São Paulo Escola de Enfermagem (University of Sao Paulo School of Nursing) has changed the way nursing education is delivered in this Brazilian nursing school. As a result of this knowledge exchange initiative, USP School of Nursing now incorporates simulation teaching and learning strategies into their nursing curriculum and constructed a simulation laboratory. The resulting professional formation of hundreds of Brazilian nurses and nursing instructors is an enduring national impact of this global partnership.
