The School of Nursing and Health Studies and Miami Herbert Business School joined forces to create the Master of Science in Leadership (MSL) / Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) joint degree program. Unique to Florida and in high demand, this two-year next-level leadership opportunity blends the best of two stellar graduate programs. Tailored to nurse leaders, the curriculum covers organizational behavior, management, negotiation expertise, marketing, healthcare finance, ethics, practice improvement, HR issues such as DEI, translational science, health policy, technology, and more.

WHO SHOULD APPLY

This program is designed for actively practicing Florida-licensed RNs with a minimum of two years’
experience in a healthcare setting, a BSN from a regionally accredited institution and a GPA of 3.0 or
higher.
