Serving as a preceptor to University of Miami nursing students offers licensed professionals a rewarding opportunity to mentor the next generation of advanced practice providers.
Preceptors gain the satisfaction of shaping future health care professionals, staying current with best practices, and contributing to the advancement of the nursing profession.
Preceptors are essential in bridging the gap between academic education and real-world nursing. They help students build competence, confidence, and professional identity, making a lasting impact on the quality and safety of future patient care.
Partnering with the School of Nursing and Health Studies means investing in excellence — for students, preceptors, and the future of health care.
